If something is not quite right and you need to make a return or exchange just email us at cus@marcusbrand.com and we will give you instructions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy starting from the date you receive your package. Refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note full inspection and processing of returns can take 2-3 weeks.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Each item of our jewellery is handmade and therefore may contain slight imperfections and/or have slight differences. This by no means affects the quality of the silver/gold, or the quality of the product. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit please report this to us immediately. Damaged goods must be reported within 3 working days of receipt of goods.

To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us at cus@marcusbrand.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you with confirmation within 1-2 business day(s). For exchanges, please specify the new style /color / size you wish to receive.

Marcus reserves the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal wear-and-tear. Discoloration, tears, and/or other material deteriorations that occur with use will not be regarded defective. We do not replace products that have previously been replaced.

Please note that availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed.

Once your return has been processed, you will automatically receive a notification.

Shipping costs for returning your item/s are non-refundable. 

If an item received is determined damaged or is the result of another error on our behalf, we will refund you the cost of return shipping but only according to our Return Authorization and Shipment Instructions.

LOST PACKAGE?

Our arriers provide secure and easy trackable methods of shipping. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

ORDER LEAD TIME

In stock items will ship in 3-7 business days after purchase. Out of stock items will ship within 3 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been sent.

If your order is a rush, please contact us at cus@marcusbrand.com and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:

1) Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Marcus is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.

2) The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.

3) Marcus is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.

4) All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
